OBJECTIVES. The objective of this policy is to permit the use of the Indian Cyber Army™ International trademarks and logos by our sponsors and partners, while controlling that use in order to avoid confusion on the part of the general public, maintain the value of the image and reputation of Indian Cyber Army™, and protect the Indian Cyber Army™ trademarks and logos from inappropriate or unauthorized use. At this time, the Indian Cyber Army™ trademarks include “Indian Cyber Army™”.
PERMITTED USES. Indian Cyber Army™ permit the use of its trademarks and logos to properly identify Indian Cyber Army™ and to accurately describe a relationship between your organization or business and Indian Cyber Army™, subject to the other terms and conditions of this policy.
PERMISSION SUBJECT TO REVOCATION. The permission to use any or all Indian Cyber Army™ trademarks and logos that is granted in this Trademark Use Policy is revocable upon notice by Indian Cyber Army™.
PROHIBITED USES. The following uses of the Indian Cyber Army™ trademarks and logos are always prohibited:
4.1 Use that is confusing or misleading.
4.2 Use in a way that misrepresents the relationship between Indian Cyber Army™ and your organization or business.
4.3 Use or association with any material or media that is otherwise distasteful, controversial, or offensive.
4.4 Use in a way that disparages Indian Cyber Army™, its employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, associated entities and organizations, projects, publications, or initiatives.
4.5 Use or association with any material or media that is otherwise distasteful, controversial, or offensive.
USING THE CORRECT SYMBOL. When referencing the Indian Cyber Army™ trademarks and logos, always include the proper notation after the name and logo (® for registered trademarks and TM for unregistered trademarks). Failure to do so dilutes our trademark protection. In text, it is only necessary to annotate the first instance of the trademark in a given document or piece. After the first instance you may drop the ® or TM in every instance. The Indian Cyber Army™ name is not registered.
USING THE PROPER FORM. When using Indian Cyber Army™ trademarks and logos, never modify the design, add or delete any elements or words, or change any colors or proportions.
PROVIDING NOTICE. When using the Indian Cyber Army™ trademarks or logos, the following notice should appear somewhere nearby (at least on the same page) the first use of each Indian Cyber Army™ trademark and logo: “[TRADEMARK] is a [“registered” if applicable] trademark of Indian Cyber Army™.”
DISTINGUISHING THE MARK. In at least the first reference, the Indian Cyber Army™ trademarks and logos should be set apart from the surrounding text, either by capitalization or by italics, bold face, or underline.
MODIFICATION OF THIS POLICY. Indian Cyber Army™ may modify this policy at any time and for any reason. Please be sure to return to this web page to learn of any changes to this policy.
