HOW CAN I ASK FOR REFUND?
You can login to your account and cancel the subscription anytime. Once you’ve done this you can drop an email to our support informing the same. Please note that once you cancel your portal access will continue till your current subscription end date e.g. if your subscription is set to renew on the 21st every month and you cancel on the 3rd, then your access to the portal will continue till the 21st of that month. As mentioned above, no refunds can be made for any payments already made.
Indian Cyber Army may also seek further information / documents and users must co-operate in this regard. The information regarding the refund will be notified via email/letter with the complete details. In case of online payments, the refund will be done via payment gateway in the respective credit card/bank account. In case of cheques, it will be done by cheques only on the name of the Registered Users only.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
If the cancellation is done within 72 hours of Registration, 30% will be deducted as administration fee.
In case of third party Programs, 50% administration and cancellation charges will be levied and the remaining amount will be paid if the cancellation is done within 72 hours.
If the cancellation is done after 72 hours of Registration no refund will be made.
In Case of Donations, Indian Cyber Army may or may not refund the donation depends on Reason. If a request for refund is granted, we will refund the 50% of your donation..
IMPORTANT NOTE: In case a candidate is found to be non-eligible during any stage of his/her admission to associate with us will stand cancelled with immediate effect and he/she will be subjected to the forfeit of Program fee & Blocking of Portal Access or Entry to our programs will be prohibited.
Indian Cyber Army reserves the right to postpone/cancel schedule of Training or Event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
Note: All accepted refunds will be processed within 45 days of the refund acceptance.
